⭐️⭐️New workshop coming up!!! with the highly regarded David Hartmann ⭐️⭐️
David delves into depression, anxiety and/or poor self-esteem. How did the person arrive at that state? Are there external factors at play? To answer these questions, we need to understand depression, anxiety and self-esteem better. We must also have a better understanding of what might be going on inside the person from a Chinese medical/philosophical perspective.
David will be joining us for the Acupuncture New Zealand Conference on the 16-18th August and following that, we are thrilled to be able to bring this fantastic one day workshop from David on Monday 19th August. So if you're coming to Wellington for the conference, why not stick around for the workshop! Attendees will receive a 7-hour CPD certificate from AcNZ.
Included on registration is this Bonus 1hr Workshop (recorded), with handouts:

Chaired by Robin Kerr, the forum saw participation from esteemed acupuncture experts from Beijing, Hebei, and Hunan, alongside members of the New Zealand Chinese Medicine Registration Board, Acupuncture New Zealand council members, and NZSATCM faculty and students.
The delegation also toured our teaching facilities and Chinese medicine clinic, further strengthening the bonds between our institutions.

🐉🎉 Happy Dragon Boat Festival from Acupuncture New Zealand! 🎉🐉
Today, we celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, a vibrant and culturally rich event that honors the great poet Qu Yuan. This special day, also known as Duanwu Jie, is marked by thrilling dragon boat races and the enjoyment of delicious zongzi.
At Acupuncture New Zealand, we are proud to uphold the traditions of Chinese medicine and the values of community, resilience, and harmony that this festival represents. We also celebrate the spirit of Rongoa Māori, which embodies the essence of peace, well-being, and the nurturing of life—core values that resonate deeply within New Zealand culture.
Both the Dragon Boat Festival and the traditions of Rongoa Māori emphasize the importance of community, harmony, and the nurturing of health. These cultural practices remind us of the strength found in unity and the shared commitment to well-being and balance.
In celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival, we also honor the harmony between Chinese and New Zealand cultures, reflecting our commitment to embracing diversity and fostering a community where traditional wisdom and modern practice come together.
May this joyous occasion bring you and your loved one's good health, happiness, and prosperity.

World Heart Day - Let's Prioritize Heart Health 🌍
Did you know that cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide? While World Heart Day was officially recognized on September 29th, we believe that every day is an opportunity to reflect on our lifestyle choices and prioritize our heart's well-being. ❤️
Chinese Medicine and Heart Health
Recent research studies have been exploring the potential benefits of acupuncture in improving cardiac function and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with heart disease. These studies suggest that acupuncture may work through neural or nerve pathways, impacting heart rate and blood pressure regulation. 🌀
If you're interested in integrating acupuncture into your heart health management plan, consider speaking to an AcNZ practitioner. They can provide valuable insights and guidance on how Chinese medicine can complement your heart care journey.
Take proactive steps towards a healthier heart because your heart health matters every day! ❤️
