WE ARE 10 YEARS OLD ❤️🎈
10 years ago when we first stepped into the door of hospo. Not knowing exactly what we had to do, how to make food in bulk amount, employ staff, running a sustainable business, working with all of our wonderful suppliers.
Over the years, we expanded a few more stores, faced the pandemic like other businesses out there, survived the pandemic, meeting so many wonderful customers. And here we are with 6 locations around the city, along side with all of our wonderful staff who work so hard day after day serving you delicious Vietnamese food.

10 years is our first milestone. Thank you for staying and support us all these years. Without you and your kind support, we wouldn’t still be here.
Here is to many more wonderful years ❤️❤️

A lot of people has asked so we have decided to do our burger for another week. Bookings are essential please as we will be preparing the buns and chicken daily. These handcrafted spring rolls can easily be one of the most fav things on our menu. They are and packed with protein and vegetables. We put a lot of heart into making these and no double they are always the first to run out and the one thing that always get picked for our catering menu.
Have you tried them? They come in Pork, Chicken, Vegetarian ( ) and Prawn. All handmade with ❤️ and double fry for maximum crispiness

This marked off our last catering done for the year. Super thankful for this week as we have been super busy and catering flying out the door. A bit tough on a already-short-of-staff team but we tried our very best to get it done and delivered. Thank you for supporting us and we can’t wait to come back stronger in 2023.

We make this marinade freshly made to order, pack them in a jar for you to pick up or we can courier to you. How fab! Flick us a message if you’d like any. They make great little gifts, last minute cheeky creation for a pot luck or stocking fillers (Christmas is like around the corner 😉)

Meet “The crouching red tiger’ burger 🍔 which we have crafted to enter the this year. This is our first time entering and we are super excited about it. This burger consist of twice cooked 24 hour sous vide ginger and .honey glazed pork belly steak, crispy kumara fritter, lettuce, coriander, housemade pickled purple cabbage, sirarcha lime mayo in a toasted brioche bun, served with crispy lotus chips. We have chosen 🍺 to match with this awesome burger. We hope you will come and try it and let us know what you think.
