🍜 The Hue’s spicy beef noodle soup - Bún Bò Huế: the broth has a strong umami taste, with noodles, beef slices, spam, bean sprouts and coriander which go so well together. Yum yum!

Lamb steak with cucumber, pickled daikon and carrot, caramelised onion, mesclun, garlic, lemongrass, five spice, spicy sauce, and chilli mayonnaise in a brioche sesame bun, served with fries. 🍔

We’ve paired our burger with a special ‘T Sauce’ beer, a decadently spicy tomato and salted lime sour. 🍺
