We now have Seville orange marmalade
& Seville Orange dried slices for sale.
Dried orange slices can be used as decoration or flavouring.
Pop a slice in your drink of water, cup of tea or your favourite cocktail.
You can decorate your Christmas tree or wreath so it smells devine.

Seville oranges are famous for their delicious marmalade, but can also be used for flavouring syrups, cocktails, vinaigrettes, aioli, sauces, marinades, and are excellent on fish and other white meats.
Seville oranges are a great source of vitamin C, dietary fiber and thiamine.

Hey everyone, I’m sorry I haven’t been posting for a bit. I had to have surgery on my knee (yay I can walk again) so we took the coffee cart to the fabricator for some much needed repairs and maintenance. Was good timing for us, but I’m sorry you have missed out on your favourite coffee and bacon & egg muffins.

We are back on Friday morning, at the Maungakaramea Hall.
Also at the Mid Western rugby junior club day on Saturday.
