🤔 You’ve likely seen students bow and greet with a warm “Good morning po” or “Mabuting tao po” whenever they pass by school personnel. This is no ordinary gesture—it’s a meaningful sign of respect that strengthens our bond as a school and reflects the values we uphold. ✨

But, have you ever wondered: How did this tradition begin? And what inspired its creation? 🤔

🌟 Let’s travel back to 1998, where the visionary Dr. Wilfredo Ocampo, our founder, introduced the Magalang Bow. This tradition, rooted in the elegance of Eastern customs, beautifully merges grace and humility. 🌸

The Magalang Bow is more than just a physical gesture. It is an artful expression where the right hand rests over the heart ❤️, accompanied by a gentle bow and a heartfelt greeting such as “Good morning” or “Mabuting tao.” This act speaks volumes, connecting us through silent yet profound respect. 🌍💫

🙇‍♂️ How is it done? Simply place your right hand on your chest, bow gracefully, and share a greeting. Remember, this gesture extends not only to our teachers but also to all school staff—from administrators to support personnel, and to our visitors and guests. 👨‍🏫👩‍💼

We come today as a nation as we commemorate the remarkable individuals who bravely fought for the country's 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 and 𝘀𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘁𝘆. ✊
Let us honor the sacrifices and heroism of all the heroes who dedicated their lives into shaping the Philippines into what it is today. Nationalism resonates deeply on this occasion, letting us know the importance of love, commitment, and respect for our country's history and culture. 🏛️

As we celebrate National Heroes Day, we not only pay tribute to the 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 🦸‍♀️ in the past but also the everyday heroes among us today—including teachers, nurses , policemen, and countless others who contributed to the betterment of our society. 💥

Let us all carry forward the legacy of our heroes fostering the sense of nationalism. National Heroes Day is not just a day of remembrance it's to also call action for us to take action as Filipinos to be united for a better tomorrow! 🇵🇭

Good afternoon, everyone! Here's our weekly bible verse Isaiah 43:2 which says "When you go through deep waters, i will be with you." This bible verse states that no matter what happens, rough or smooth, the Lord will always guide us and encourage us to never lose hope, faith, and to always have a positive outlook in life. There's no doubt that we'll face some hardships, but as long as we have faith in ourselves and in the Lord, there will always be a way for us to overcome them.
