Malacañang has issued Memorandum Circular MC No. 52, directing all national government agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or -controlled corporations (GOCCs) and educational institutions, to incorporate the recital of the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn and Pledge into their weekly flag ceremonies.
