National Fire Prevention Month is celebrated to raise awareness about the importance of fire safety. The month long event promotes life-saving practices and home fire safety education.

In line with this, AGNESIANS participated in fire prevention seminar with the Bureau of Fire Protection. The seminar aimed to gain valuable insights and practical techniques to prevents fires, mitigate risks, and ensure the safety of individuals and property.

Once again, the learners have shown their alertness and presence of mind as the school conducted its National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill today, at exactly 9 am. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 1, s. 2024 (Implementation of Catch-Up Fridays DM_s2024_001)

DepEd shall implement Catch-up Fridays beginning January 12, 2024, across elementary and secondary schools and community learning centers (CLCs) nationwide.

The Department of Education made another big step in order to push through with the development of the learners in reading and comprehension, and to eradicate the rising number of learners who are falling into non-reader category, which greatly affects their performance in school.

Apung Guidang Nepomuceno Elementary School embraces this big step to develop our learners, envisioning that soon, there will be no learners left behind and be moving forward altogether in learning and developing young and competent learners.

This "Catch-up Friday" is to be implemented across the nation, effective January 12, 2024

The school was filled with magical scene as we celebrate National Reading Month (Pambansang Araw ng Pagbabasa) 2023, and we are so glad to see the cute little kids on their costumes as they portray their favorite fictional character, not to mention the ever-supportive teacher and parents as they take part on this activity.. The learners have given their time as they read simultaneously on their favorite book, which opens their imagination to a whole new experience...♥️♥️♥️
