Una, saludo sa inyo. Hindi biro ang makipagsapalaran sa lugar na hindi mo kabisa, at masakit sa dibdib na ‘di katabi sa pagtulog ang mga mahal mo.

• Bayaran at tapusin agad ang mga utang na ginamit pang-abroad, mas magandang walang utang na lumalaki. Mas makakaipon ka, bawas stress din.

• Mag-budget. Gasgas na gasgas na ito, pero makakatulong ito sa’yo para mas makapag-ipon. Unahin palagi ang ipon para sa sarili.

• Magpadala lang muna sa pamilya ng sapat. Kausapin ang pamilyang pinadadalhan ng allowance na mag-budget para matulungan ka rin mag-ipon.

• Ipaunawa sa asawa at mga anak mo na hindi madali kumita ng pera porke nasa ibang bansa. Mas magiging magaan kung alam nila ang tunay na kalagayan mo.

• Protektahan ang sarili. Magbukas ng insurance at investments account. Aralin ng mabuti para hindi mabigla. Pwede mo magamit ang mga nilagay mo dito sa pagpapagamot in the future, education plan o retirement fund mo.

• Magpundar. Magpundar ng lupa, bahay at mga property. Para makita mo ang mga pinagpaguran mo ng ilang taon bukod sa ibang investments mo.

• Maging wais. Marami ng kwento ng OFWs na 10 yrs, 20 yrs sila sa abroad pero umuwing walang naipon. Huwag umuwing ZERO.

• Isama sa prayers kay Lord ang finances mo. He will give you peace and abundance. I-handle lang natin ng tama ang mga blessing.

Sana ay makatulong ito para maging intentional ang pag-iipon at pag-manage ng pera habang malayo ka sa pamilya. Ingat po!
