Brigada Eskwela is a National Schools' Maintenance Week activity to sustain partnerships engagement imbibing the BAYANIHAN Spirit and aligning to the MATATAG Agenda for an inclusive and child-friendly learning environment. August 3, 2023 — The Department of Education (DepEd) announces that the opening of classes for School Year 2023-2024 in all public schools will be on August 29, 2023.

Private schools may choose to open classes on any date starting “the first Monday of June but not later than the last day of August," pursuant to Republic Act 11480.

2023 DIVISION WOMEN’S MONTH CELEBRATION AND CULMINATING ACTIVITY Theme: “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society”

The activity aims to:
- provide an avenue for women to be appreciated for their important
accomplishments and hard work;
- strengthen the campaign to increase the level of awareness on women’s rights, opportunities, and welfare and on gender equality and inclusivity through advocacy campaigns, seminars, contests, and inspirational talks; and
- show compassion and commitment towards gender equality and inclusivity.

ORIENTATION ON THE MULTI-YEAR GUIDELINES ON THE RESULTS-BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM-PHILIPPINE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR TEACHERS

This activity aims for participants to acquire a clear understanding of the instructions and guidelines stipulated in DepEd Memorandum No. 008 s. 2023. Specifically, they will:

a. get acquainted with the following guidelines;
- multi-year RPMS timeline and RPMS cycle for teachers
- RPMS-PPST indicators for proficient and highly proficient teacher
- multi-year RPMS-PPST tools;
- classroom observation
- ratee, rater, and approving authority in the RPMS

b. demonstrate understanding of the guidelines discussed by sharing insights and relevant experiences; and

c. appreciate the importance of setting clear directions that will guide schools in the implementation of the RPMS-PPST.

Malaking tulong ang programang ito para sa mga mag-aaral, magulang at paaralan.

Taos pusong pasasalamat sa inyong masustansyang handog sa aming mag-aaral.

Nais din po naming magpasalamat sa aming mga SPTA na walang sawang pagtulong at pagsuporta sa paaralan araw araw.

Nakikiisa ang buong Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd) sa pagdiriwang ngayong buwan ng Nobyembre ng National Rice Awareness Month mula sa bisa ng Proclamation No. 524, s. 2004.

Tulad ng tema ng pagdiriwang na “Be RICEponsible” ating hinihikayat ang bawat isa na maging responsable at tandaan ang ABKD.
