NEWS UPDATE!!
Tropical Storm Kong-Rey, known locally as Leon, is projected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) between the evening of Saturday, October 26, 2024, and the morning of Sunday, October 27, 2024, according to PAGASA. As we anticipate its arrival, let’s all take proactive steps to prepare: secure necessary supplies, monitor weather updates, and follow safety advisories from local authorities. Her journey to the crown has been one of resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to her dreams. Prayers Answered: Kristene Exits Philippines
Prayer is truly the key! Thank God Kristene left our Philippine Area of Responsibility this Friday afternoon, October 25th. We've been praying for Kristine's safe passage, hoping she would weaken and move away from our shores, and for everyone to be safe from her strong winds and heavy rains. It's a huge relief to know Kristine's gone, and we can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Let's continue to pray for everyone affected by the storm and for a quick recovery.
Kristine, please stop. You're causing so much damage.🥹 Here are the areas experiencing Signal No. 1, Signal No. 2 and Signal No. 3. Those living near the coast are advised not to go out to sea, and those in the city should stay home unless they have to go out. Let's prioritize everyone's safety, stay alert, and continue praying for the well-being of everyone and for the storm to subside.
Remember to check for updates from official sources like the weather bureau and local authorities for the latest information and safety guidelines. If you need to evacuate, do so immediately and follow the instructions of emergency personnel. Be sure to secure your belongings and prepare an emergency kit with essential supplies like food, water, first-aid, and a flashlight. Let's work together to stay safe during this difficult time.
Pray for Bicol Region 🙏
The Bicol Region is once again facing immense challenges as it experiences relentless rains and strong winds caused by Tropical Storm . The storm has triggered widespread flooding, putting countless lives, homes, and livelihoods at risk. In some areas, this is the highest flood level recorded since the devastation brought by Typhoon Rosing in November 1995.
In this time of uncertainty and fear, let us come together as one nation to offer our prayers and support to the people of Bicol. We ask for protection over all families affected, for the safety of those in flood-prone areas, and for the strength of the rescuers and volunteers tirelessly working to provide aid.
Our prayers and compassion go a long way during these trying times. As we unite in faith and solidarity, may we also extend whatever help we can to those who need it most. Let's continue to hope for their safety, their resilience, and their swift recovery. Stay safe, Bicolanos. God is with you.

His presence reminded us all of the importance of perseverance and teamwork, boosting the athletes’ confidence as they embark on this journey. We know they carry the hopes and pride of the ICCT community, and they are more than ready to make us proud! 🐉💙💛
