OUR QUALIFICATION | Cookery NC II

The COOKERY NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to clean kitchen areas, prepare hot, cold meals and desserts for guests in various food and beverage service facilities.

Trainees of Cookery NC II learn the skills and knowledge that are required of a chief in the kitchen, which includes not only basically knowing how to cook but also to create new dishes, how to maintain a clean and a safe kitchen and more. By attending Cookery class, you will not only learn how to cook but also you will be able to learn different cultures by how they prepare their foods.
