ARTEHAN Arts Festival
ARTEHAN is a play on words. As Ilonggos, we refer it to move in an artsy way. The concept of this festival i is coming from the market day of a town or a tinabuay market, which has been done even before the time of barter. The ARTEHAN ARTS FEST is a coming together of the different LGUs in the name of art, just like what we do every Panaad.
As Negrense artists, we continue to live the promise to give back the bounty to our province. Sa ARTE NEGRENSE, Abanse Negrense!
