Job Responsibilities:
✔ Provide online support to existing patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and appointment scheduling via various communication channels.
✔ Offer on-site support to potential and existing patients, guiding them through our services, explaining treatment options, and assisting with admissions.
✔ Facilitate patient admissions and scheduling, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
✔ Create assigned administrative reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
✔ Collaborate closely with our team to ensure optimal patient care coordination.
✔ Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
✔ Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential patients.
✔ Complete assigned administrative projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔ Attention to detail and organizational prowess.
✔ Experience in chat support, as you will be responding to online messaging on our pages.
✔ Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
✔ Customer service and sales experience are highly valued.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
✔ Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
✔ A high-energy, positive outlook on life is essential.
