NCMPS Montessori Coaching
Montessori Coaches trained by NCMPS learn to support adults in Montessori schools through observation, reflection, collaborative planning and goal setting for continual growth.

Coaches Training
The Coaches Training is a three-day workshop (Wednesday evening through Friday at noon) for Montessori-experienced adults (coaches, level heads, school leaders, consultants, and others) interested in supporting teachers and schools.

Coaches Training includes:
Orientation to a coaching model which focuses on the needs of adults working in Montessori schools
Tools to support a school-wide community of reflective practice
Training and practice in classroom observation using tools and rubrics that support a strong Montessori program
Training and practice with effective, Montessori-oriented one-on-one conversations with staff which respect adult development and promote growth
Membership in a digitally connected national community of Montessori coaches
Coaches Training in San Diego
The San Diego training is hosted by Community Montessori Charter School, a public charter school with a focus on student-driven and personalized learning, which operates five locations throughout San Diego county.

We will meet each day at the Element Education administrative office:

On Thursday, March 8th, we will be visiting Community Montessori Charter School sites located in the southeast section of Escondido:
3751 Mary Lane, Escondido
1816 Oak Hill, Escondido
Participants will be responsible for their own travel.

Wednesday 3/7, 4:00pm–8:00pm
Light supper provided
Thursday 3/8, 8:30am–4:00pm
Lunch provided
Friday 3/9, 9:00am–12:00pm
Travel and Accommodations:
Element Education is located in Escondido, 35 miles from the San Diego Airport (45-60 minute drive, depending on traffic). Airbnb and hotel accommodations are plentiful in the area.
