☀️ Hey there, sunshines! Really hot, huh? Do you know how to be safe in hot weather? If not, Here are a few lifesavers that will help keep you cool 😎:

1. 💧 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿! 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿! In the summer, water is your best buddy.
2. 🚿 𝗚𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵! To beat the heat, take a cool bath or shower.
3. 💨 𝗬𝗲𝘀! 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗶𝗿! Make use of fans or air conditioning to maintain a cool environment.
4. 👕 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲! To stay comfortable, wear light, breathable clothing.
5. 🚫 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆! Keep away from sugar-filled beverages and alcohol, as they cause dehydration.

March 15, 2024, members from Youth Wellness Care and other student organisations participated in the event Fire Prevention Symposium at BFP online papremyo with the theme: "Sa PAG-IWAS sa SUNOG hindi ka NAG-IISA" conducted by the Student - Led Watching Team.

Some of the delegates of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) provided information about things that we should do before, during, and after the fire. Some students also got the chance to demonstrate and share their knowledge about the usage of fire extinguishers.

Fire is one of the unexpected events that can happen anywhere and anytime, especially in the upcoming months of March, April, and May. it is important for some of us to learn some basic emergency responses to fire accidents.

"Prevention is better than cure." Let's do our parts and help each other. 🔥🧯

For Grades 7 and 10, it's Aguinaldo Shrine, Jose Rizal's house, Highest Monument in Laguna and of course the Enchanted Kingdom!🧙🏻‍♀️ Grade 8 and 9 students get an extra treat with the Gardenia Factory, making it a total of 5 places. Last November 22, 2023, Youth Wellness Care conducted an event entitled "KNOW BETTER, FIGHT TOGETHER: LET COMMUNITIES LEAD WORLD AIDS DAY 2023".

It has been a total success thanks to the members of YWeCare, ITC and TEENig especially to our guest speakers Dr. Michael Angelo Marquez and his team HIV/AIDS Core Team Social Hygiene Bacoor.

We also have been truly grateful to the people who came and participated, We appreciate your willingness to learn and help spread awareness about HIV/AIDS cases. ❤️🎀
