Ang proyektong "DAGITAB: Likhang Mapagpalaya" ay idinaraos bilang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa, bitbit ang temang "Filipino: Wikang Mapagpalaya" na ibinigay ng Komisyon ng Wikang Filipino. Ang temang ito ay nagbibigay-diin sa kapangyarihan ng Wikang Filipino bilang isang kasangkapan hindi lamang sa komunikasyon kundi sa pagpapalalim ng pag-iisip, pagpapahayag ng sarili, at pagpapatibay ng pambansang pagkakakilanlan. Layunin ng proyekto na palakasin at hasain ang kasanayan ng mga mag-aaral sa paggamit ng Wikang Filipino sa pamamagitan ng pagsusulat at pagtutula. 🍂✨

Ipakita ang inyong husay sa pagsulat at sining! Magsumite ng inyong mga obra para sa Pagsulat ng Tula, Sanaysay, at Potograpiyang Sanaysay bago sumapit ang ika-1 ng Setyembre, 2024. 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗣 | STELA freshmen were welcomed to the community last August 21-22 through “𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧,” a program organized by the Kataas-taasang Sanggunian ng mga Mag-aaral/Supreme Student Council (KASAMA/SSC) and the School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA) admin.

STELA Dean Dr. Mary Pauline Namoca opened the programs at the Fr. Joseph Van den Daelen, CICM, Center for Culture and the Arts (CCA) Theater and Fr. Francis Gevers Hall by motivating freshmen and giving them insights on how their four years would be like in the STELA community. Different school department heads from BS Psychology, BA Communication, BA Philosophy, BA Political Science, BS Social Work, Teacher Education, as well as the PE, NSTP, and Religion departments discussed their curriculums and introduced their faculty members.

Various organizations such as Communication Society (COMMSoc), Psyche Society, Prime Movers Society (PRIMOSO), Mentor’s Guild, New Louisian Philosophy Society (NEOLOUPHIS), Political Science Academic Society (POSAS), Repertory, Hivemind, KASAMA/SSC STELA Assembly, and Stellaris were also given the opportunity to present their activities and encourage freshmen to join them.
