Mental health is an important aspect of one's overall well-being. It has an impact on our whole behavior by influencing how we think, feel, and act. It teaches us how to deal with stress and make difficult decisions.
However, mental illness is inevitable regardless of age, just as psychological health and undergraduate academic performance are linked. Students who are depressed or suffering from various mental diseases have a harder time staying motivated, learning, concentrating, and taking tests, among other things. These problems will have an impact on their performance and will finally deplete their energy.
The stigma associated with receiving treatment might be removed with a better knowledge of how an individual feels. A person's mental health will improve if they are able to communicate their emotions, feelings, and experiences. You will be able to speak up without fear if you use Fika.
