Tingnan ang Uniporme: Siguruhing naka-uniporme ang tao at ito ay kaugmaan ng pang-identify na taglay niya mula sa Converge. Mag-ingat sa mga hindi kilalang tao na walang kaukulang uniforme o ID.

I-report ang Pekeng Kaganapan: Kung mayroon kayong pinansiyal na kahina-hinalang gawi o pakiramdam na pekeng empleyado ng Converge ang nakakausap ninyo, agad itong i-report sa opisina ng Converge

I-Document ang Interaksyon: Kunan ng larawan o video ang tao, ang kanyang motor, o iba pang mahahalagang detalye. Ito ay maaaring makatulong sa imbestigasyon kung kinakailangan.

Huwag Magbigay ng Personal na Impormasyon: Iwasan ang pagbibigay ng personal na impormasyon tulad ng password o mga detalye ng account sa hindi awtorisadong indibidwal.

Mag-Inform ng Iba: Sabihin sa ibang tao sa inyong household o komunidad tungkol sa kaganapang ito para sa dagdag na proteksyon at pagpapahalaga.
