WHAT IS PHYSICAL THERAPY?

Physical Therapy is a part of physical rehabilitation medicine. IT IS DIFFERENT FROM MASSAGE. It might use massage as a technique BUT IT IS NOT LIMITED WITH MASSAGE ONLY. Physical Therapist are LICENSED individuals who belonged with Allied Medical Professionals like medical technologists, radiological technologists, respiratory therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and pharmacists. Physical therapists evaluate a patient/client and create a rehabilitation program that will achieve one's goal. This rehabilitation program are designed depending on the needs of a patient/client that are composed of therapeutic exercises, functional resistance/mobility training therapeutic modalities or manual therapy.
