1. It is still the same formulation, only the label has been changed because we need to comply with the order of FDA. There are no ingredients added to our new labeled bottle.

2. Precaution: Not Recommended for Lactating Moms and Children. Can we still recommend to them?

Answer: Yes (See article below for reference)
We distributors knows this best, for 5 years in the market we havent received any negative report regarding any bad side-effect from lactating moms and children, in fact we had created a culture of "Buah Merah Babies" in most of our customers and even to our distributors moms and babies.

3. LTO or License to distribute - we have this permit, it is not just necessary to share it publicly for it is a confidential and private document. You can ask this to sir Ian at the office.

4. Halal - according to sir jojie, since we changed label we also need to re-apply for approval so we can retain the logo in our bottle, second, the agency has changed its name so everything needs to be re-applied again. You can try to ask for old halal document to mam ghuy if it is still available.

Can we still ship internationally? Yes of course, we have been shipping to 35 countries upto now with less hassle. The documents you need for Philpost/DHL is FDA, Sec, MSDS and COR.

5. FDA will not approve any product if it would be toxic or harmful to any human being.
