𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟯 | 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗜 𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚

On the last day of the 3-day leadership and agripreneurship training of the Binhi ng Pag-asa Program Municipal Training, resource speakers from the Office of Provincial Agriculturist tackled the Organic Vegetable Production and Natural Farming Systems for the agri-business of the young farmers upholding the skill set to be disseminated in each of their communities. The delegates were also able to create (first-hand) their own different concoctions including Fermented Fruit Juice, Fermented Plant Juice, and Fish Amino Acid best for fertilizing a variety of plants, fruits, and vegetables.

After the seminar, the Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute - CALABARZON, formally held the graduation ceremony of the participants from the City of Biñan and Paete Laguna. The Municipal Training for Binhi ng Pag-asa 2024 also officially ended on this 20th batch from different cities and municipalities of the Province of Laguna.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟮 | 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗜 𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚

For the second day of the MUNICIPAL TRAINING for BINHI NG PAG-ASA, delegates from SIKLAB-Dela Paz and Paete Laguna actively participated in utilizing the digital space in agrimarketing. Each group produced a promotional video for any local agri-product they find resourceful and timely about. On the same day, actual Organic Farming was introduced and expounded for the delegates as they sow seeds and made potting mixes for different plants available.

Later that night, the whole Batch 20 of Municipal Training for Binhi ng Pag-asa Program 2024 conducted the socialization party to build the team for more productive year of empowering the agriculture in each community.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭 | 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗜 𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚

SIKLAB Dela Paz participated in the opening of another BINHI NG PAG-ASA MUNICIPAL TRAINING facilitated by ATI or Agricultural Training Institute under the initiatives of the Office of Senator Grace Poe at Gintong Bukid Farm and Leisure, Nagcarlan, Laguna. The Batch 20 of the Municipal Training of Laguna Province is composed of 20 participants from Biñan City and Paete, Laguna. This 3-day leadership and agripreneurial training aims to strengthen and enhance the youth’s leadership skills in recognizing agri-advocacies that falls to the socio-economic situation of agriculture and fisheries sector.

The Day 1 seminar is composed of five (5) modules including National Socioeconomic Situation of the Philippines, Leadership and Values Formation, SPIN Workshop, SGP’s Legislation for Farmers and Agriculture, and Agripreneurship, which are all actively participated by the delegates from both areas.

𝗣𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗶ñ𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗜𝗞𝗟𝗔𝗕 𝗕𝗶ñ𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗔 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

Sa ngalan ng Kabataang Biñanense at ng SIKLAB Biñan City, buong puso naming ipinapaabot ang aming malalim na pasasalamat at suporta sa LA Barkada 2025 para sa kanilang walang pagod na pagtataguyod ng kapakanan ng kabataan. Ang inyong patuloy na adbokasiya para sa paglinang ng potensyal, talento, at mga karapatan ng kabataan ay tunay na nagbibigay inspirasyon sa amin at sa buong lungsod.

Ang inyong mga proyekto at programa na nagbibigay-daan sa mas aktibong pakikilahok ng kabataan sa mga usaping panlipunan, pang-edukasyon, at pang-ekonomiya ay patunay ng inyong malasakit sa aming kinabukasan. Ang inyong pagsisikap na gawing mas makulay, mas inklusibo, at mas progresibo ang mga oportunidad para sa kabataan ay hindi lamang nagpapalakas ng aming mga boses kundi nagbubukas din ng mas maraming pinto para sa amin upang makagawa ng makabuluhang pagbabago.

Sa LA Barkada 2025, kami ay hindi lamang tumatayo bilang mga kabataan, kundi bilang mga katuwang sa inyong layunin na gawing mas maunlad at makatarungan ang hinaharap ng kabataan. Naniniwala kami na sa pamamagitan ng inyong inspirasyon at pamumuno, mas maraming kabataan ang magkakaroon ng pagkakataong marating ang kanilang mga pangarap at maabot ang kanilang buong potensyal, kasabay ng pagsusulong ng isang makabuluhang pagbabago sa ating lungsod.

Kasama kayo ng Kabataang Biñanense at SIKLAB Biñan City sa bawat hakbang, sa bawat kampanya, at sa bawat tagumpay. Magsisilbi kaming tagapagtaguyod ng inyong mga adhikain at patuloy na susuportahan ang inyong mga inisyatiba para sa kapakanan ng bawat kabataan sa lungsod at sa bansa.

Mabuhay ang LA Barkada 2025! Mabuhay ang kabataang nagkakaisa para sa isang mas maliwanag at mas makatarungang kinabukasan!

As part of the SIKLAB-Dela Paz Third Year Anniversary of service, volunteerism, and leadership — transformational structure is part of the group’s major thematic objective. Assuring that we are fostering the legacy for other young leaders of our community, the group extended the sail and gathered the youth leaders from different student organizations of Dela Paz National High School to cultivate transformational leadership from these hopes of the nation.

SEPTEMBER 21 | The morning session of the leadership training has been filled with fruitful open discussion to brace our young leaders tighter toward their passion for serving the community and fostering positive change from the esteemed resource speakers: 𝗠𝗿. 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗟𝗶𝘇𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲ñ𝗼, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮, 𝗦𝗞 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗱𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀 “𝗘𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁” 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗼, and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗶𝘁.

For the afternoon session, the student leaders participated with engaging team-building workshops. From camaraderie, trust, strategy, concentration, and the essence of communication, the young leaders interactively did their tasks well-done. Extending our commends to the youth leaders from 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗗𝗡𝗛𝗦, 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗗𝗡𝗛𝗦, 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗗𝗡𝗛𝗦, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 - 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘇, for all of your enthusiasm in fostering your leadership skills through us.
