This block screening is a fundraising project by the Rotary Club of Kalayaan Cagayan de Oro to fund the Club's various humanitarian projects for Rotary year 2024-2025.

Your help will go a long, long way, and make a big difference in the lives of those we are helping.

LOOK | TODAY, 4 July 2024, Rotary Club of Kalayaan Cagayan de Oro President Dr. Alvin Quinon with Grants Chair PAG Engr. Roland Konrad Gurrea Jr. and IPP Zeanette Jo Cuevas visited Besigan Elementary School to conduct an ocular inspection for a possible water project.

One of Rotary’s 7 Areas of Focus is Clean Water and Sanitation. Clean water, sanitation, and hygiene education are basic necessities for a healthy environment and a productive life. When people have access to clean water and sanitation, waterborne diseases decrease, children stay healthier and attend school more regularly, and mothers can spend less time carrying water and more time helping their families.

HOW ROTARY MAKES HELP HAPPEN
Through water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs, Rotary’s people of action mobilize resources, form partnerships, and invest in infrastructure and training that yield long-term change.
