In honor of his contributions as a true bayani, September 24, 2024, is declared a non-working holiday in the City of Calamba, Laguna. Classes and office transactions are suspended and will resume on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

Attention, PHINMA RCL students! 📢

This is a gentle reminder that our official uniform policy has been in effect since September 9. Kindly ensure that you adhere to the guidelines by wearing the prescribed attire when attending classes. Let's maintain professionalism and represent our school with pride.

▸ For students where uniforms are not yet available, we kindly request that you secure a letter from your Program Head (PH), signed by your Dean. This letter will confirm that the uniform is not yet ready due to specific reasons, and it will be used to inform our guards that you are allowed to enter, provided you still follow the dress code policy.

▸ For students who have not received strand shirts due to size unavailability, a temporary uniform permit can be obtained from the CSDL Office. This permit, signed by the business center as proof of unavailability, will allow entry into the school for a limited time until the uniform or ID is issued.

On August 5, 2024, PHINMA Rizal College of Laguna launched a strategic partnership with Philippine Transmarine Carriers Inc. (PTC), marking a significant milestone in its students' academic and professional journey. This collaboration focuses on the deployment of student interns, offering them hands-on experience in the real-world corporate environment, thereby bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice The partnership is designed to provide 14 BS Tourism Management students with invaluable on-the-job training across 9 business units at PTC: (Human Resources, Claims, Crewing Offices, CDP, Training Department and Family and Crew Relations) These departments were chosen to give students a well-rounded workplace experience, learning different skills to accomplish assigned tasks and covering various aspects of business operations that can help them as they join the tourism industry.

This partnership is not just an internship program; it is a stepping stone toward future employment. The hands-on experience gained by the students at PTC will significantly enhance their resumes, making them more attractive candidates in the job market. Moreover, the real-world skills and professional connections they develop during this period will increase their chances of securing full-time employment after graduation.

For Philippine Transmarine Carriers Inc., this partnership serves as a talent pipeline, offering the company early access to potential future employees who are already familiar with the company's culture and operations. Starting SEPTEMBER 9, 2024, we will strictly follow the proper wearing of College Uniforms.

✅ Do's :
1. Wear your uniform properly. Ladies, tuck in your blouses.
2. Always wear your ID with the College lanyard on campus.
3. Follow your Program/Department’s uniform schedule.
4. Wear your P.E. uniform only during P.E. classes.

❌ Don’ts:
1. Skirts (Tertiary and SHS) must be knee-length or longer.
2. No sleeveless, crop tops, or plunging necklines.
3. No ripped jeans, shorts, or short skirts (knee-length required).
4. No open-toed shoes, sandals, or slippers.
5. No earrings for male students.

Note: Students without uniform and without ID should process a temporary permit from the CSDL Office.
