Rizal at sa tulong ng Cooperatives and Livelihood Development Department Calamba (CLDD- Calamba) sa pangunguna ni Sir Nards Opulencia, Ma'am Agnes Domingo, Ma'am Rocky Claudio, Ma'am Terry, Ma'am Phoebe at Ma'am Julie sa inyo Po'ng ipinagkaloob na panimulang hanapbuhay packaged sa aming samahan.

Karangalan po ito ng ating Lungsod sa maayos nating pamamahala, inaalay ko po sa inyo ang mga pagkilalang ito.

Ang RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) ang nagsagawa po ng survey na ito. Mayroon silang seven core criteria: service delivery, financial acumen, economic progress, leadership governance, environmental conservation, social initiatives, and community engagement.

In the “Boses ng Bayan” performance evaluation, Mayor Eric Africa of Lipa City was recognized for his exemplary service, scoring 89.72%. Notably, Mayor Eric Africa and Mayor Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino of Tagaytay City were nearly indistinguishable in their performance, with scores of 89.72% and 88.85%, respectively, placing them in a statistical tie for the lead position.

Following closely in the performance rankings were Mayors Arlene Arcilla of Sta. Rosa (87.51%), Ross Rizal of Calamba (86.73%), and Jun Ynares of Antipolo (86.67%). Further noteworthy performances were registered by Beverly Dimacuha of Batangas (85.93%), Vicente Belen Amante of San Pablo (85.68%), Alex Advincula of Imus (83.22%), Jenny Barzaga of Dasmarinas (83.10%), Marilou Morillo of Calapan (82.87%), and Denver Chua of Cavite (80.35%).

Distinguished mayors who secured positions six through twelve include Strike Revilla of Bacoor (80.19%), Arth Marasigan of Sto. Tomas (77.52%), Art Mercado of San Pedro (76.81%), Arman Dimaguila of Binan (76.64%), Lucilo Bayron of Puerto Princesa (73.38%), Lovely Pontioso of Tayabas (71.42%), Dennis Hain of Cabuyao (73.25%), Mark Alcala of Lucena (60.24%), Luis Ferrer IV of General Trias (58.31%), Gemma Lubigan of Trece Martires (58.12%), and Sonny Collantes of Tanauan (57.83%).
