Born on December 23, 1984 at JP Hospital Calamba Laguna. Her father is RACTAN MANACSA ALCASID (son of Atty. VIVE RIZAL ALCASID and FELY NAPALIAD MANACSA) and her mother is MYRNA ALZONA AQUINO (daughter of Atty. DANIEL SIM AQUINO and MILAGROS CANSANAY ALZONA). Born and raised in a Filipino values and tradition, simple, and loving family. She was raised with th

e core values of a Filipino; to respect everyone especially the elders. She was elected as Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman of Brgy IV from 2002 to 2005. She attended Elementary and from 2nd yr up to 4th yr Highschool at LAGUNA COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ARTS. JOHN ACADEMY during her 1st yr in high school. And for College; She graduated at UNIVERSITY OF PERPETUAL HELP BINAN year 2005. She took up AB Communication Arts major in Mass Communication. With her time management and multi-tasking skills, she completed her four year course and finished her duty as SK Chairman. At the same time before she graduated college she passed the airline exams and training and certified to work for ASIAN SPIRIT AIRLINE as a FLIGHT ATTENDANT. She also become Host for Laguna Love ko 'to at Royal Cable TV6 it is a local channel in Laguna. She was elected as Calamba City Councilor last 2013. She love and happy helping people. She gave and extend everything as much and as long as she can. She gave more or less 1000 wheelchairs around LUZON with the help and permission of ONE WORLD INSTITUTE. From then up to now she is not stopping doing her projects Free slippers of the children, Feeding program, giving some livelihood programs individual or groups, giving Free Cakes for the senior Citizen of brgy 4, giving small gifts to the kids every Christmas, giving cakes to the presidents of TODA on their birthday, giving Free Manicure, haircut and massage to the senior citizen of different brgys, giving school supplies to the daycare students, she requested to the PCSO thru Calambeno to gave 1 nebulizer and 1 BP to be given away to the 54brgys, she's tying up with the Department of Health to be able to give medicine to different brgys, and many many more....

She is continuously researching how can she be able to give help like employments to the youth, livelihood programs to the men and women, and programs for the elders. And studying the RESOLUTIONS and ORDINANCES for the City of Calamba and for our beloved Calambenos.

Mga mahal kong taga-Calamba, sa pagbisita natin sa mga mahal natin sa buhay na pumanaw, mag-ingat po tayo sa pagbiyahe o paglalakad.

Ang inyong lingkod, Konsehala Gigi Alcasid, kasama si Bokal Dyan Espiridoon at sa tulong ng TROLAB PILIPINAS INC, ay may inihandang libreng tubig para kung sakaling kayo’y mauhaw, at may charging station din po tayong inihanda mukay kay Sen Bato. Kasalukuyan na pong merong mga nabibigyan simula kaninang 7am po. Mamimigay po tayo ng tubig until supplies last. Matatagpuan po ang ating tent malapit sa police post station ( brgy Lecheria hill top makalampas Ng entrance pataas).

Nakakadurog ng puso ang makita ang dami ng mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng nagdaang bagyong Kristine—mga tahanan, kagamitan, at kabuhayan na naglaho sa isang iglap. Isa po ang aming pamilya sa mga nakaranas ng bagsik ng bagyong ito. Lumubog ang aming sasakyan, nagkawasak ang ilang bahagi ng aming bubong, at nasira/nabasa ang aming mga gamit. Sa kabila ng lahat ng ito, taos-puso pa rin ang aking pasasalamat sa Panginoon na ligtas ang aking pamilya, mga kapatid, aking ina, mga pamangkin, mga kamag-anak, at mga kaibigan.

Kung maaari lamang po sana ay makatulong ako sa lahat ng mga nangangailangan, ngunit sa ngayon, may ilan ding hamon na kinakaharap ang aming pamilya. Pasensya na po at humihingi ako ng inyong pang-unawa. Alam ko pong kakayanin natin ito.

1. I-secure ang mga Dokumento - Ilagay sa waterproof na lalagyan ang mga importanteng dokumento tulad ng ID, titulo ng lupa, at iba pang mahalagang papel.
2. Manatiling May Kaalaman - Patuloy na subaybayan ang balita at mga anunsyo mula sa awtoridad tungkol sa lagay ng panahon.
3. Maghanda ng Emergency Kit - Mag-impake ng pagkain, tubig, first aid kit, flashlight, baterya, at iba pang kinakailangang gamit.
4. Punuin ang Tangke ng Sasakyan - Siguraduhing may sapat na gasolina ang sasakyan sakaling kailanganin ang mabilis na paglikas.
5. Maghanda ng Groceries - Bumili ng sapat na pagkain at tubig na tatagal ng ilang araw kung sakaling mawalan ng suplay.
6. I-charge ang mga Device - Siguraduhing naka-charge ang inyong mga cellphone, power bank, at iba pang gadget para sa komunikasyon.
7. Maghanap ng Ligtas na Kanlungan - Kung kinakailangang lumikas, magtungo agad sa pinakamalapit na evacuation center o sa matibay na lugar para sa kaligtasan.
