CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

What (Activity): NwSSU-TTMIST-TTMVS General Assembly
When (Date and Time): May 21, 2022 @ 2PM
Where (Venue): RSU Socio-Cultural Center, NwSSU Main Campus, Rueda St., Calbayog City
Who (Participants): All ACTIVE MEMBERS of the association

Art. IV (Membership)
Section 1. The members of the Association are the alumni of TTMVS, TTMIST and NwSSU from the year 1964 and thereafter. Alumni shall refer to those alumnus and alumnae who have graduated from any secondary, tertiary and post graduate education
Section 2. Those who have completed the evening opportunity classes and other short term courses before adoption of this Constitution who were previously considered as alumni of the University shall continue to remain as bona fide members of the Association.

Art. VI - Qualification, Election and Term of Officers
Sec 1. All bonafide members of the Association are qualified to vote after they have been classified as "active members" in an action of the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Executive Committee upon verification of the Secretary on the Official Logbook of Attendance and records of all activities done by the Association. Active members are those who have voted in the election, attended the Annual General Assembly and Alumni Homecoming and/or other activities of the Association immediately preceding and/or registered before the scheduled regular election.
Section 1.1 Only lifetime members could run in any position
Section 1.2 A lifetime member is one who has paid "one-time" membership fee in the amount of Two Thousand Pesos (Php2,000. 00)
Section 1.3 A member of good standing is one who has paid the Alumni Fee prescribed by the Association.

After a 2-year hiatus, they're back to work for a fruitful engagement with fellow alumni and stakeholders of the university.

After a 2-year hiatus due to COVID-19 pandemic, the alumni officers conduct it's first executive & BOD meeting

NwSSU: The Office of University Registrar would like to inform all applicants that it is yet to determine the admission test schedules and will immediately disseminate information relative to that matter once preparations have been fully made. Applicants are advised not to use the old link anymore as new link may be provided for the coming semester.
