Finally, Completed My Chocolate Viking Sculpture. This is made with pure Coverture Chocolate without using any speacial molder and modern tools, just pure hands work and sculpting.,I did not use a cool spray to attach these pieces only timing and technique…The helmet and shiel is detachable, so I can remove them if needed. All in all it’s simply beautiful.

I manage to make this sculpture without using any sophisticated tool, no moulds, and no cooling spray...Using only new techniques and easy to find tools in the kitchen.
