⭐️ Tips for taking care of Toddler’s teeth ⭐️
Our adorable patient Callie did very well during her dental visit earlier this week!
Here’s a post for all the parents out there who have toddlers and want to maintain their child’s good oral hygiene. 😁💗

⭐️ Here are some tips to maintain a healthy smile:
1. Brush your teeth at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste!
2. Flood your teeth after brushing to remove food particles, bacteria and soft plaque in between your teeth
3. No smoking! Smoking is bad for your overall health as well as your oral health. It can stain your teeth, cause bad breath, encourages plaque growth and can lead to oral cancer.
4. Drink your water and avoid sugary beverages. Sugary beverages increases bacteria and acid levels in your mouth that can lead to decay.
5. If you or your children play sports, talk to us about custom mouth guards! It can help prevent injuries like knocked out teeth or lacerations.
6. Regular dental visits and fluoride application to maintain your oral health and prevent decay!
