For safety:
- Sterilization & disinfection procedures in between patients take time, PLEASE BE ON TIME!

- Send us a message when you have arrived and PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE THE CLINIC or in your car. You will be informed once you may get inside.

- Use the sterilization mat provided and submit yourself for thermal scanning and hand sanitation.

- “No mask, no entry”

- Avoid touching any item inside the clinic.

- Companions are not allowed, unless necessary. Only one companion may be allowed inside, provided that you inform us ahead. Please give your companion's details. Otherwise, companions will need to wait outside.

- Please put all your belongings in the container provided. If you have more items, place them on the table outside and the secretary will watch over it.

-Cashless payments are encouraged. (PayMaya, Gcash & Bank Transfer)
*We will have a fee adjustment due to the additional cost for the new disinfection protocols.

Starting June 1, the clinic will start to accept emergency patients. Please bear with us if it will take a little more of your time to be accommodated since we will start to accommodate 3 to 5 patients only per day as part of the new norms. This is to ensure proper disinfection in between patients. Thank you for your understanding and see you soon!

With respect to the request of the Philippine Dental Association President, Dr. Steve Almonte, we compassionately appeal all dentists in the Province of Cebu to close their clinics for two weeks starting today, for you, your family and your patients' protection.

Please be informed that our clinic will continue to provide dental services throughout the entire period of the community quarantine as suggested by the (Inter Agency Task Force) IATF.
However, we will be implementing strict guidelines so we could assure the continuous quality of service of our clinic and provide safety to all our patients:

1. All patients are strictly by appointment only. Please call the clinic or me for your appointments. This will assure that you are properly attended and reduce the waiting time in the clinic.

2. For the strict compliance of "Social Distancing" and having a small reception area, patient's appointment are spaced appropriately. Please come to the clinic 5mins before or 5mins after your scheduled time to avoid overlapping of patients.

3. A limit of ONE COMPANION PER PATIENT IS ALLOWED. Chairs are also placed outside if you opt to wait outside the clinic as we disinfect the area after every patient.

4. We will minimize all elective and non urgent procedures and may cancel scheduled ones to give time to more urgent patients.

5. If you came or travelled from a high risk area/ community, please quarantine yourself for 14days as required by DOH.

6. The clinic is properly equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Sterilization Equipment and proper disinfection and sanitation materials to assure optimum infection control in our services.

7. We will constantly update you as day to day events changes. You may reach me for your urgent concerns.

These prudent measures will help minimize foot traffic; follow community quarantine as prescribed by the government; conserve essential medical supplies and equipment and minimize the risk to our patients, your/our families and our clinic staff from possible exposure to COVID-19.

This is just a temporary moment on which we can overcome with moral and spiritual confidence
