SYNOPSIS:At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,015 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (24.6Β°N, 130.8Β°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Western Visayas, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. (Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains).
