� Answering questions about products or the company.
� Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
� Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate the future sale.

� Qualifications :

� At least College level
� Excellent English communication skills
� Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Outlook
� Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
� At least Six (6) Months BPO Experience
