With BARMM’s shift to a parliamentary setup, the establishment of a successful regular government requires the active engagement and participation of young people.

We want to hear your thoughts on civic and political activities, your understanding of the new BARMM governance system, and the challenges you encounter in political engagement!

𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 | Nine passionate and committed youths from BYC-accredited and accomplished youth organizations in Cotabato City and Maguindanao have volunteered for Phase 1 of Project Sangkad, which will focus on research scoping and community consultation.

During today's orientation, volunteers learned about the project's rationale, overarching goal, and activity timeline. They were also briefed on the duties that come with being a volunteer. A Training Needs Assessment was also performed in order to identify gaps and provide appropriate interventions to help them enhance their project management and research skills. The volunteers will undergo training on these courses next month!
