The Election Registration Board (ERB) shall convene on the schedule provided herewith to hear the approval/disapproval of all received applications for voter registration, period of April 1, 2024 to June 29, 2024.

List of Opposed Applications are already posted at the Office of the City Election Officer, COMELEC Bldg, Bangsamoro Government Center, Rosary Heights 7, Cotabato City and at the People's Palace (Cotabato City Hall) Lobby, or kindly visit your respective Barangay Halls.

Applicants included in the list of opposed applications are required to appear on the ERB Hearing on the scheduled date per Barangay on July 16, 2024 and July 17, 2024.

Applicants for the Barangays scheduled on July 15, 2024 and those who are not in the list of opposed applications are not required to attend the ERB Hearing and shall be processed subject to approval of their applications by the ERB.

In line with this, please be informed that the received applications for that period shall be heard and processed by the ERB on 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.
