Lagi nating tandaan

1. Don't buy an expensive phone. A new version will come out even before you've finished paying for it.

2. Don't buy an expensive bag. Replicas are scattered everywhere. Only a trained eye will see that it's genuine.

3. Don't buy expensive shoes. You can't walk like a duck trying to keep it from deforming with every use.

4. Don't buy expensive clothing. You can't walk around showing the small tag behind your nape.

5. Don't buy an expensive watch. A 100-peso vintage watch online looks good too, and all kinds will tell the same time.

6. Don't buy expensive undergarments. It's not allowed to walk in public wearing only a Victoria's Secret bra and panties.

7. Don't buy expensive cars. It depreciates with every kilometer it runs. Your 1.2 Million-Peso SUV will sell for only 500K.

8. Don't buy a huge house. Too much space creates distance between family members. They'll grow old and leave anyway.

9. Always settle for the justified price. You can do more with two for the price of one.

10. Remember that it's not the brand that carries you. It's how you carry the brand.

Grow old wise. Grow old happy.

OLD BUT GOLD

VICE GANDA:

At 20 to 30 years old ka dapat productive ka. Yan kasi yung crucial.

Bago mag 40 dapat unti unti kana nag babawas ng trabaho para pag dating mo ng 50 to 60 years old nag rerelax ka nalang.

Secured kana sa sarili mo kasi nakapag ipon kana. Yung iba pag dating ng 40 years old saka pa lang sila ng sisimula kaya pinapatay nila sarili nila dahil hinahabol nila yung nawalang panahon.

Kaya yung bata sinasabi lage, โ€œYOLO muna tayo bata pa naman tayo eh.โ€ Hanggnag magising nalang sila isang araw, " AY ANG TANDA KO NA PALA WALA PA AKO NA IIPON."

"Make a living but don't forget to make Life".

You and I have similar purposes in this world.

It is your job to provide food, clothing, shelter, schooling, medicine, and other things for your love ones. You do this while I am waiting for you to have me.

I have faith and trust in you. Out of your income will come the cost to have me. At times, I may appear worthless to you - but someday (we don't know WHEN) you and I will change places.

When you need to retire or rest. I will come alive to do your job. I will provide the food, clothing, shelter, schooling, medicine, and other things that your family will continue to need - just as what you are doing now.

When your work and toil are done, mine will begin.
Through me, your hands will carry on.

Whenever you feel the price that you are about to pay for me is burdensome. remember that i will do MORE FOR YOU and YOUR FAMILY than you ever can do for me.

If you do your part, I promise to do mine.

Love,
Your Insurance Policy.

Money TIPS:

โ–  Donโ€™t bring your money with you.
Cook at home.
Buy your groceries in Public Market not in Malls weekly, not daily, not monthly. (Market: Ampalaya 50/kl vs Mall 147/kl)
Remove unimportant expenses.
Lower down the cost of your important expences. (Ex. Ganador 55/kl while Sinandoming 42/kl)
Buy your own tumbler and bring your own water. Avoid buying outside. (Natures Spring 500ml 15.00 while if you bring its FREE)
โ–  If youโ€™re not in business donโ€™t buy CAR.
COMMUTE: plete ka 8.00 x 2 x 26days = 416.00/month
WHILE:
CAR Expenses: 15k/month car + 5k/mo gas + 2k/mo parking = 22k/month
Always set aside 20-30% of your income to your Mandatory/Disciplined SAVINGS.

What makes us POOR is our bad spending habits.

Pre-Need Plans (like CAP) Vs. Life Insurance

Isa na dito ay ang SUN LIFE FINANCIAL proven track record at #1 Insurer in the Philippines.

Again, Wala pa pong nagsasarang life insurance companies sa pilipinas. Insurance commission, the one governing all insurance companies in the Philippines, requires an amount of money (from all insurance companies) as reserve fund. This fund is used in case of massive death in the Phillpines. Actually may mandate din ang insurance company na kapag may tendencies na mabankrupt or malugi ang isang life insurance company, it needs to be acquired by a larger insurance company.

What is VUL?

Para sa mga nag ask ng questions like "Sa age ko ba pwede pa ko sa VUL na 1500, 2000, 2,500 - 5000/month."

and I always say yes pwede, sa Retirement benefit madalas nagkakaiba.

The "BEST TIME" to own a "LIFE INSURANCE" is when you are YOUNG & HEALTHY coz the premiums are cheaper & you are insurable than when you are already OLD & sickly & not insurable anymore.

Getting a life insurance for your family is not an additional EXPENSE. You will get it because you LOVE your FAMILY, you want to protect & secure them in case of any uncertainties that you will encounter through out your journey.

Then check mo din.
Nakakapag save ka ba for yourself monthly?

Bakit? Some facts about OFW.

I have a client na OFW at eto ang ilan sa nashare nya saken:

What if die soon or live too long? Life insurance will pay.

"REGRET" is most painful at the end, but guess what, it is preventable if you act now.

Indeed, "the BEST TIME to BUY LIFE INSURANCE is when the TIME that you DON'T NEED IT!"

4 Reasons Why Planning for Retirement is Important - Jhoanna E. Vorstenbosch

1. SSS is not enough โ€“ It will not sustain your medical bills and you will need to downgrade your lifestyle if you will depend on SSS alone.

2.Inflation-Your โ‚ฑ1 now will have a lesser value in the future.

3. Our kids are not our retirement fund. Part of pagtanaw ng utang na loob culture. We need to break this dependency. Let us not be a burden to our kids in the future.

4. We live longer โ€“ Imagine retiring at the age of 65 with NO INCOME, then living until the age of 80, thatโ€™s 15 years worth of expenses. 65 years old is too far to imagine, right? How about taking a vacation for a month with no salary?

Let us not depend on our Company's retirement benefit. What if you lose your job or your company will go bankrupt?

Build your retirement fund today!

PWEDENG PWEDE TAYO MAGSIPAG.....

C. May ipon pero wala parin security and peace of mind. ๐Ÿ˜ข

Paano ito maiiwasan?

1. Tamang financial planning with a "trusted" licensed financial advisor na may puso at malasakit sayo at sa pamilya mo.
2. Desisyunan at disiplina

Kris Aquino talks about the best time to get a life insurance plan.

16/07/2021

Parang pag-iipon. Pagkuha ng life insurance. at pag invest.

๐Ÿค”

16/07/2021
