Kaya maraming kabataan pag nagcollege at nagtrabaho na ay nadedepress at nagkaka-anxiety kasi dun pa lang nila nahaharap ang totoong buhay. Kasi during kinder to senior high nila na-baby sila masyado. Overprotected ng child protection policy. Nakakalungkot. Just saying po. 😞

Worst feeling? Yung hindi ka pagod physically but you're mentally and emotionally tired. Yung wala ka namang ginagawa but your thinking too deep to the point that it consumes all the energy you have. Wala kang ganang kumilos at magsalita. Hanggang sa maubos yung oras mo na kakatitig sa kawalan. That unknown feeling still bothers you until the end of the day😥
