Adhering to the announcement of Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla, classes and office operations are suspended today, July 22, 2024.

However, scheduled student activities in Basic Education, like Gawad Kabataang Lasalyano in the afternoon, will push through under shortened time. Parents' discretion is advised.

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Mr. Alvin “Pods” Podiotan, a beloved and devoted faculty member of the Religious Education Department of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. As we mourn his loss, we are comforted by our faith and hope in God's promise of resurrection for He himself said, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.'" (John 11:25-26).

Pods’ dedication to his faith and his commitment to education have touched the lives of many. We ask for your prayers and support especially for his family and loved ones during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace and rise in God’s glory.

His remains lie at the 2nd Floor Chapel E, Sacred Heart Memorial Chapels, San Agustin, Dasmarinas City. The interment will be on July 20, 2024.
