The SFVL Season 10 - Invitational Conference is postponed and will be rescheduled on a later date. We will update each team for the final date of the league.

Instead, we will have a “Play for a Cause” One-day Shuffle League on June 29, 2024, 8:00 AM at Poblacion Covered Court. The father of our kabalibolista, Kent Alforque Ygot has passed away this morning. Our deepest sympathy to the bereaved family.

The Kalandrakas Power Spikers rise from Rank 4 in the eliminations to being the Champions of the Spike Friendship Volleyball League Regular Season 9 - All Cawayanon Conference.

Team Kalandrakas fought the hard way after they defeated Team Sanggre with a 2 point margin in the semi-finals 41-39. During the championship match, down with 3 points during the 5th set, the team climb up and clinched the title defeating the Power Rangers Samurai.

It was indeed a great match up among the CBI teams.

“Three years of volleyball excellence, three years of fun-filled memories, and three years of friendship turned family. “

These three years felt like it's been a lifelong journey. These years are filled with tears and laughters, hardships and triumphs, and remaining in and moving on. Surely, time does run a little bit faster when we enjoy things and a little bit slower when we try to reminisce them. But every memoir of ODLs, leagues, and even just the 'normal' games we play, is a token of how this family has grown and will still continue growing. As the next years to come, we will always appreciate the people who were at one time, gathered in a four-sided fenced court, played their hearts out, and decided to make a bond that would forever be remembered not just by themselves but by many. Happy 3rd year Anniversary Cawayan Balibolista, Inc.!

A destination will not be a known place if the journey is nonexistent. Likewise, a journey is nonexistent if it doesn't require a single step. In order to reach the biggest of dreams, we must always look at our capacity and our willingness to give an equal effort.

Training hard and gaining experience have been the necessary vessels in order for a player to improve and excel in what he does. But apart from these vessels, having an environment where support and encouragement is practiced, the journey in achieving a player's dream will be easier and more worthwhile.

In collaboration of the ever supportive high schools in the Municipality of Cawayan, Cawayan Balibolista, Inc. pushed its 8th Season of Spike Friendship Volleyball League - Inter High School Tournament held last Nov. 3-5. This is in preparation of the schools for the DepEd Palaro 2023-2024.

One of the biggest One-day Leagues having 16 teams competing for the gold. Brodly-led team bested 13 other shuffle teams and 2 highschool teams from Uson and Pio V. Corpus, the Buenavista National High School Blue Spikers and Buenasuerte Integrated School Valorous respectively. Spike Friendship Volleyball One-day League - Season 15 was indeed a success.

In preparation of Palaro 2023-2024, CBI will
hold its 8th season of SFVL featuring the secondary school teams of Cawayan. These CBI Jrs. will definitely give their best to showcase what they’ve got.

Remaining graceful despite the disrespect is such a power move. In spite of the malign and condescending accusations and remarks, we remain steadfast and resilient. Our principles are deeply rooted in our desire to make an impact so that others may see and feel our passion for volleyball.

Our passion will never echo a sound of calling ourselves "superior" and "of more skilled" than others, however, it transcends and speaks in hopes to inspire and motivate our fellow players. And that, this passion bores a message, that with perseverance and dedication, anyone may rise. With this regard, we continue to be grateful despite what we had been dealt with.

We are so happy for being hailed as Masbate City’s 10th Street Volleyball 1st Runner-up last September 8-22, 2023. Because of this, we remain humble as well as we will persist to strive not just to become better volleyball enthusiasts but also, better and more respectful individuals.

In this juncture, CBI would like to extend its utmost gratitude those who supported the team in cash and in-kind.
