12th day of February year 2022 where Baranggay Sibulan Emergency Response Team( BSERT) was officially being part of the Baranggay Disaster Risk reduction management and control or BDRRMC of Baranggay Sibulan Toril Davao city, The initiation rights or the acceptance we have done is part of the training for us to be officialy called as a responders to that said community.Also, a special thanks to the Baracatan Emergency Response Team (BERT) for gathering the activity. Without their guidance, this would not have been possible.
