TO MY DEAREST PATIENTS

As I write you today, I am filled with mixed emotions. While I am excited about starting a new chapter, it is also with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to you.

Over the last six years, it has been an incredible journey serving you and taking care of you. Your trust, support, and cooperation have meant the world to me. Our partnership has been both professionally enriching and personally rewarding and it will always have a special place in my heart.

I will embark on a new adventure that requires me to relocate to Luzon, and my last face-to-face clinic schedule will be on MARCH 16, 2024. This decision was nerve-racking, but I am eager to embrace the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.

Having said that, your health and well-being remain my top priority, and I am committed to ensuring a seamless transition. So, by May 2024, a Pediatrician/ Allergist/ Immunologist (for both adults & kids-- just like me 😊) will be seeing you in the clinic, and I am confident that you will be in good hands.

In the meantime, this FB page will still be available for scheduling online consultations for non-urgent cases only. For face-to-face consults, please call our clinic for assistance.

Sugod Lunes February 14, pwede na magpabakuna og 1st Dose ang mga bata edad 5 hangtod 11 anyos sa Davao Medical School Foundation (DMSF), apan tungod sa limitado nga slots, first come, first serve basis ang pagparehistro. Strictly no walk-ins.

Alang sa mga buot magpabakuna, palihog sunda kining mga lakang:

STEP 1: I-rehistro ang inyong mga anak sa DQR pinaagi sa: https://profiles.safe-davao.com. Mao kini ang requirements sa pag-register sa DQR: PSA Copy sa Birth Certificate o Valid Student ID.

STEP 2: Magparegister sa DMSF Resbakuna pinaagi ani nga form: https://bit.ly/dmsfresbakunakids

STEP 3: Hulata ang text confirmation 1-2 ka adlaw human sa pag rehistro.

STEP 4: Kung madawat na ang text confirmation, dalaha kini lakip sa uban pang mga requirements sa DMSF sa adlaw sa pagpabakuna:

- PSA Copy sa Birth Certificate o Valid Student ID sa bata
- Valid ID sa ginikanan o guardian
- DQR sa bata
- Ballpen

1. Please please please, mag ISOLATE and mask kahit nasa bahay lang.
2. Please huwag po ma offend or magalit kung ipa RTPCR or ANTIGEN test po kayo, hindi po ito irerequest kung hindi talaga kailangan.
3. Palagi pa din po tayo mag mask, social distancing at maghugas ng kamay.

Kahit po may vaccine at boosters, pwede pa din po tayo mahawa AT makahawa, lalo na po sa mga BATA at ibang pasyente na wala pa pong bakuna.
