Notice is hereby given to the public, effective January 1, 2022, that the City Government of Davao will be implementing the PECUNIARY/ ADMINISTRATIVE FINE of one-fourth (1/4) of one percent (1%) of the assessed value of the property against real property owners who fail to file sworn statement declaring the true value of the subject property within sixty (60) days after the acquisition of such property or upon completion or occupancy of the newly constructed building or improvement, whichever comes earlier, pursuant to Section 203 of Republic Act 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991.

Such fine is expressly provided for under Ordinance No. 0627-18, Series of 2018, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 0271-17, Series of 2017, or the 2005 Revenue Code of the City of Davao which was approved last January 7, 2019.

The IATF has approved the request of the City Government of Davao to put the city under Modified Enhanced General Community Quarantine (MECQ).

The approved dates shall be from June 5 to 20, 2021 based on IATF Resolution 119 dated June 3, 2021.

Dili ikalimod nga dako ang nahimong epekto sa Covid 19 pandemic sa atong mga kinabuhi.

Nagpabilin gihapon kining dakong hulga kanatong tanan. Molungtad pa ang dala niini nga krisis hangtod sa mosunod nga mga tuig.

Ang atong selebrasyon sa pasko karon dako gayud ang kalahian kompara sa mga milabay nga mga katuigan tungod sa pandemya

Kinahanglan nga matngon kita nga sa atong pagsaulog, luwas ang atong mga pamilya sa covid 19 nga mikalas na sa kinabuhi sa gatusan ka mga Dabawenyo ug libuan ka mga Pilipino. Sa tibuok kalibutan — milyong katawo na ang nabiktima niini.

Ang atong panawagan — pundo lang kita sa balay karong pasko kuyog ang atong mga pamilya.

Likayan nato ang mga party ug panagtapok-tapok. Atong balibaran ang mga imbistasyon.
