It’s always the thought of the hustle being too steep that repels us from moving. The more we think it’s too hard, the more we get paralyzed that we don’t even want to act on something.

Today, I decided to skip on thinking - but focus on just moving and getting my hands on into the field where the work is needed.

Last day of WOFEX Visayas 2024 today.. and what a perfect way to recall the demo experience we had last Thursday❤️

- we had a chance to use a professional mixer for the 1st time and it was a total favor because it yielded a whipped cream consistency that was way too better than what we practiced at home😅

- Oleo Fats Inc team was very warm and welcoming so we felt at home while doing the demo (pero grabe paningut jud sa kakulba).

-overall, everything went smoothly.

We would like to thank everyone who dropped by Oleo Fats - incorporated Booth for the past 3 days, said hi and showed support. ❤️

This privilege came as a sweet surprise to our family and we give praises to God who sees and knows all things. All honor and glory to Him! 🙂

And here it is.. BRAND REVEAL! We’ll tell you where you can specifically find us at the World Food Expo Visayas tomorrow.

Oleo Fats - Incorporated invited us to use their Baker’s Delite Whip Crémé in a CAKE DECORATING DEMO tomorrow April 18 4pm-5pm at Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City. You can catch us at their BRAND BOOTH #301 during that time slot. If not, we’ll be hopping around whole day booth to booth to learn, spy some suppliers, or get some business ideas.

We’ve been using buttercream for 8 years now but this brand convinced us that it’s all okay to use whip crémé in piping cake designs - especially for beginners ❤️ Stability-wise, their whip crémé doesn’t get behind. 🙂

We also baked some chiffon samplers using their cake emulsifier and chiffon cake oil. Their products helped us make chiffon easily even though chiffon is not our cup of tea.. We’ll distribute the samplers after the demo. so yeah, SEE YOU ALL! 👍

Few more days 'til you'll see us in chef jackets for the 1st time at WOFEX - World Food Expo Visayas. This is surely a milestone and we give God all the glory for this unexpected opportunity.

It’s not everyday you get to be so passionate with what you’re doing. That’s when discipline needs to come in.

Last night over dinner, our kid asked me “Ma, what is success diay?”

I paused for a short while and gathered words that came to mind.

But really, deep inside me, it's good to be reminded of our own definition of success. What we are now is something we prayed for few years back. ❤️

We were kinda hesitant with this order because most of the accessories on the original design were 3d fondants. Nonetheless, we’re glad that the client pursued to close the order with us. She still wants to have buttercream icing, inspite and despite all❤️

Thankful that we’re slowly building certified Butter Dreamers here in Lapu-Lapu City ☺️

This is the 4th time that we’ve made this design but we couldn’t get the exact copy every single time 😅

We are just thankful that Butter Dreamers respect our take on each design they send us. We always tell them we can’t make an exact copy, but we do our best to stick with the inspiration. ❤️❤️❤️
