Si Hippocrates na isang kilalang manggagamot noong taong 400-377 B.C. ay sinabi na nyang "LET FOOD BE THY MEDICINE AND MEDICINE BE THY FOOD" at si Thomas Edison na isang tanyag na US inventor noong 1847-1931 ay kanyang sinabing "The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest her or his patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease." Iisa lang po ang ibig sabihin nila, tayo na po ang future at ang kumain ng wasto at balanseng nutrition ay ang panlunas sa mga karamdaman kasi kung ang utak at katawan natin ay sustansyado hanggang sa cellular na level ay meron itong kakayahang pagalingin ang sarili sa natural na paraan.
