ANNOUNCEMENT | Solicitation Forms and Packages

Solicitation Forms are now available at the Kalasag Office.

We will release three (3) soli forms per student. Please note that solicitation is OPTIONAL. All packages for a free yearbook are shown below.

The office is open from 1 PM-5 PM.

All payments for solicitation will be done at the Finance Office.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Extended deadline for Subscription Fee

The deadline for the Subscription Fee will be extended until June 30, 2024.

Please don't forget to upload your receipts in the Kalasag databse. Thank you!

ANNOUNCEMENT | Extension of Pictorial Schedule

The pictorial schedule is now extended until May 29, 2024. This is exclusive to those who haven't been able to select a schedule before.

We request that the students who are scheduled until May 25, 2024, keep their appointments the same. Thank you!

ANNOUNCEMENT | Yearbook Payment

Finance is now accepting payments for the yearbook.

You may pay through Finance Office or at any accredited payment channels.

Do not forget to upload your receipts in the Kalasag database after paying.

ANNOUNCEMENT | GRADUATION KIT (FORMS)

It came to our attention that a message was circulating and being disseminated through group chats stating that a graduation kit from Kalasag is needed before paying the yearbook fee.

Kalasag is not releasing any graduation kits. The ONLY printed form that Kalasag will release is the Solicitation Form.

Kindly visit the Kalasag Office located at the Student Office 1 Arrupe Hall near the shower room to set your pictorial schedule. Thank you!

ANNOUNCEMENT | Pictorial Schedule

The pictorial will start on May 6, 2024 until May 25, 2024 excluding Sundays.

Please be informed that you can choose your preferred pictorial day and time later at 3:30 PM.

Accomplished Basic Profile Form is a must before you can choose your pictorial schedule.

Here's your guide for the yearbook orientation and everything you need to know to avail the yearbook and select a pictorial schedule.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Yearbook Price and Pictorial Fee

This year's Yearbook price is Php 3,500.00 which can be paid at the Finance office or at any accredited payment channels.

As of now, we are not yet accepting payments for the yearbook, but we will post an update once we do.

Pictorial fee is priced at Php 1,250.00 which will be paid at the studio on the day of your scheduled pictorial.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Yearbook Orientation

We will have a yearbook orientation with the class officers this April 27, 2024, Saturday, 9:00 AM - 12:NN and 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, and April 28, 2024, Sunday, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM via Zoom.

We will require the representatives of every graduating class to attend because we will discuss the pictorial schedule and guidelines and the payment process for this year's Yearbook.

We know how important the pictorial is for the graduating students, and they want to choose their schedule as soon as possible. Given that we have yet to have any means to cater to all graduating students in the Zoom meeting, as it can only cater to 100 participants for now, we will orient the officers first so that they can guide their classmates in the database.

The purpose of the yearbook orientation for the class officers is for the pictorial schedule. We will open the option of the pictorial schedule at 3:30 PM on Saturday. We didn't open the schedule when we added all students to the database to give everyone equal chances to choose.

Students who want a face-to-face orientation can visit the Kalasag Office on Tuesday to Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM since I know not everyone will be available on one specific date given the busy schedule.
