On this day, some of our 𝗝𝗠𝗘𝗫 students, in accordance with their TQM Subject output, went on an Industry Immersion and Study in Philsouth Builders' 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵/𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗻.

There they met managers from the company who discussed with them about 𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛'𝘀:

In collaboration with the FUCBA-Association of Human Resource Management , members of the 𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗕𝗔 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 participated in an outreach program held at Piapi Barangay Hall, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. The activity was spearheaded by Ms. 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗻, the Human Resource Management adviser and one of our CBA practitioners.🙏

The activity was very engaging for both the children and facilitators. Our team conducted different fun games for the enjoyment of everyone as well as providing the children with treats and meals. 🤩

The 𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗕𝗔 𝗝𝗠𝗘𝗫 Family is beyond grateful for this opportunity and we are looking forward to future activities like this. ❤️
