Please be informed that the deadline for corporations, associations, partnerships, and individuals under the jurisdiction and supervision of Commission to comply with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, series of 2020 (ie. creation/designation of e-mail account addresses and mobile numbers for transactions with the Commission) has been extended, without penalty, until June 30, 2021.

Ayon sa mga impormasyong nakalap ng Securities and Exchange Commission, patuloy ang pangangalap ng pamumuhunan ng Philhelp Administration of Financial Marketing/Philhelp International Lending Company (“Philhelp”) sa pamamagitan ng kanilang pangulong si Reynaldo Cheng Pamen, sa kabila ng naunang advisory laban sa kumpanyang nabanggit na nalathala sa aming website noong 17 September 2020. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/advisories-2020/philhelp-administration-of-financial-marketing/ )

May mga indibiduwal o pangkat ng indibiduwal sa Philhelp ang kasalukuyang gumagamit sa pangalan ng entidad na Philhelp Micro Financing Inc., at 3005 Levels Corporation. Batay sa mga tala ng Komisyon, ang Philhelp Micro Financing Inc. ay hindi rehistrado bilang isang korporasyon o sosyohan. Philhelp Invite of Invite – magkakaroon ng kita sa bawat ma recruit ng indibidwal na nirecruit; 5. Project 200 Construction for 45 Days Income o ang tinatawag na “double your money”.

Ang Project 200 ay may inaalok na packages na nagkakahalaga ng mula Php - 2,000 hanggang Php 1,000,000.00 na halaga ng pamumuhunan. Upang makahikayat ng mas maraming miyembro, naglabas ang Philhelp Micro Financing Inc., ng kopya ng kanilang Articles of Incorporation ngunit napag-alaman na walang ganitong korporasyon o Articles of Incorporation na nakarehistro sa Komisyon.

Ang Philhelp Micro Financing Inc., Philhelp Administration of Financial Marketing, Philhelp International Lending Company at 3005 Levels Corporation ay pawang nagsasagawa ng mga ilegal na pagpapautang at kalaunan ay nanghihikayat na mamuhunan sa mga nasabing entidad. Ang ganitong mga gawain ay maliwanag na paglabag sa probisyon ng Financing Company Act and Lending Company regulation Act of 2007 at ng Securities Regulation Code (SRC) na nagsasabing ang sinumang magsasagawa ng mga gawaing tulad ng pagpapautang o pagpapahiram ng pananalapi ay kinakailangang may kaukulang pahintulot o secondary license mula sa Securities and Exchange Commission. Bukod dito, ang Philhelp Micro Financing Inc., Philhelp Administration of Financial Marketing, Philhelp International Lending Company at 3005 Levels Corporation ay hindi rin rehistrado bilang isang crowdfunding intermediary o funding portal sa ilalim ng Memorandum Circular No. 14, Series of 2019 o ang Rules and Regulations Governing Crowdfunding.

Ang lahat ay muling pinapaalalahanan na TIGILAN o IWASAN ANG MAMUHUNAN sa mga nabanggit na entidad o inaalok na pamumuhunan ng mga indibiduwal o pangkat ng indibiduwal na kumakatawan sa kanila at maging mapanuri sa pakikipagtransaksyon sa mga ito.

Ang sinumang nanghihikayat o nag-iimbita na maging miyembro ng nasabing entidad upang sumali at mamuhunan dito ay maaari ring mapatawan ng kaparusahan o mapagmulta ayon sa desisyon na iginawad ng Kataastaasang Hukuman sa SEC vs. Oudine Santos. Ang mga taong kumakatawan sa Olympro bilang salesmen, brokers, dealers o agents sa pangangalap ng pamumuhunan sa publiko sa pamamagitan ng solicitation at internet ay maaaring masakdal sa kasong kriminal at mapatawan ng parusang multa ng hanggang Php 5,000,000.00 o pagkakakulong ng hanggang 21 taon base sa mga probisyon ng SRC.
