Two fresh graduates of BS Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) Electronics Engineering program recently represented Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) at the 𝟭𝟮𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. The event was held in 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗸, 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, from 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟯 𝘁𝗼 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.

𝗝𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 and 𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝗿𝗼𝗮, accompanied by their technical adviser, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗼, participated in the conference hosted by 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗸𝘂𝘁’𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗶 (𝗞𝗠𝗨𝗧𝗧). They presented their research project titled "𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗔-𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘: 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀."

This research addresses societal needs, offering innovative solutions for ensuring safety during flood emergencies. Additionally, the students broadened their research experience by participating in engaging plenary and parallel sessions.

Furthermore, they expressed gratitude to the NDDU-CEAT faculty, College Dean Engr. Shiela Jingle A. Soriño, and the entire NDDU community for their support.

Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭 | We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of our two fresh graduates of BS Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) who recently represented Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) in the 12th International Senior Project Conference in Engineering and Technology held in Bangkok, Thailand, from June 3 to 5, 2024.

Jorgen Mike Calawigan and Joeffrey Eroa, accompanied by their technical adviser, Engr. Feln Lily Canonigo, participated in the conference hosted by King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), NDDU’s partner University in Thailand. They presented their research project titled "LORA-SAFE: Safety Assurance in Flood Emergencies."

Their research tries to address societal needs, offering innovative solutions for ensuring safety during flood emergencies. Additionally, these fresh graduates broadened their research experience by participating in engaging plenary and parallel sessions.

Their participation on this international stage reflects not only their individual dedication but also NDDU's commitment to global academic excellence.

This endeavor is a testament to the power of international collaboration and the pursuit of knowledge without borders.

Starting April 15, 2024, students from all levels and all campuses are no longer required to wear their complete school uniforms in response to the rising heat index in our area.

Personnel from all campuses are allowed to wear their comfortable decent outfits until the end of school year.
