Hello dear members,

Great news! In response to numerous requests, Tough Love Fitness will be open on Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Below is our new gym schedule effective immediately.

Gym Hours:
Monday to Saturday - 8 AM to 9 PM
Sunday - 10 AM to 5 PM

Pursuant to E.O. No. 55 of Iloilo City, our gym is open effective tomorrow until July 15, 2021, unless the implementation is otherwise extended or we are earlier mandated to stop operations.

Note: All gym memberships will resume starting tomorrow.

Ipaidalum sa Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) ang Iloilo City umpisa sa June 1 tubtob 15.

Base ini sa bag-o nga quarantine classifications sang mga lugar sa Pilipinas nga ginlawag ni Pres. Rodrigo Duterte sa iya nga talk to the nation subong nga gab-i.

Ang iban naman nga lugar sa Western Visayas, ang ipaidalum sa Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) halin June 1 tubtob 30.

The GYM will be temporarily closed effective May 22, 2021 as per E.O. No. 42.

 All offices both in public and private sectors are to be only 50% capacity.

 Those immuno-compromised are advised to stay at home for 15 days, including those being treated for cancer, diabetes, pregnant etc.

ILOILO CITY --Wala na nag-apela ang Iloilo City COVID-19 Task Force nga ipaidalom sa MGCQ ang syudad sa bilog nga Setyembre.

Suno kay Mayor Jerry Treñas, wala pa man na-finalize nga ipaidalom sa MGCQ ang syudad bangud mahalin ini sa IATF.

Sang damlag lang, ginpahibalo sang DILG ang alkalde nga mangin MGCQ ang syudad.

Sa idalom sang MGCQ, ginpahayag ni Mayor Treñas nga:

 Wala na sang alcohol ban ;

 Halin 8PM mangin 10PM na ang pagsugod sang curfew hours;

 Pagpahanugot sang mass gatherings; kag

 Pagbukas sang mga salon, gym kag sinehan
