Qualified students of Top 20 Governor's List from nine Community Colleges of Albay claimed their cash incentive amounting to Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) at Provincial Treasurer's Office (PTO), Albay Capitol Bldg. Legazpi City.

Top 20 Governor's List is also one of the program of Provincial Government of Albay (PGA) under the leadership of Gov. Al Francis C. Bichara thru Provincial Education Department (PED). The objective of this program is to reward our future educators for their hardwork as Dean's Lister in their chosen course.

Released of cash assistance worth Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000.00) to ALBAYANO students with academic excellent grades at Provincial Treasurer's Office (PTO).

This Educational Assistance is one of the program of Provincial Government of Albay (PGA) under the leadership of Gov. Al Francis C. Bichara thru the Provincial Education Department (PED). This program aims to provide financial assistance to excellent students for their school needs in order to achieve high quality standards of education.

TOP 20 GOVERNOR'S LIST | 21 June 2022, Manito, Albay, 2nd district.

The Provincial Government of Albay (PGA) thru the Provincial Education Department (PED) staffs led by Dr. Roman Chamberlane G. Zuñiga VI went to Manito Community College for the distribution of mock cheques worth Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) each to one hundred seventy (170) grantees of Top 20 Governor's List.

Thru PED office, one of Governor Al Francis C. Bichara's goal is to ensure Albayano college students in pursuing their dreams as a successful educators in the future by providing them incentives thru this program.

The Provincial Government of Albay (PED) staffs led by Dr. Roman Chamberlane G. Zuñiga VI, MLGM. Ph. D. went to Rapu-Rapu Community College for the Orientation and Distribution of mock cheques to eighty one (81) grantees of Provincial Government of Albay (PGA) Top 20 Governor's List. Each mock cheque is amounting of Five Thousand Pesos (P 5,000.00).

D. went to Tiwi Community College for the distribution of mock cheques to the Top 20 Governor's List grantees of Provincial Government of Albay (PGA). D. went to Polangui Community College (PCC) for the distribution of mock cheques to the grantees of Provincial Government of Albay (PGA) Top 20 Governor's List. Each Mock Cheque is amounting of Five Thousand Pesos (P 5,000.00).

DISTRIBUTION OF MOCK CHEQUES | The Provincial Education Department (PED) staffs, led by Dr. Roman Chamberlane G. Zuñiga VI, MLGM. Ph. D went to San Jose National High School and San Francisco National High School in Malilipot, first district of Albay province. HAPPENED YESTERDAY | The Provincial Education Department (PED) led by Dr. Roman Chamberlane G. Zuñiga VI, MLGM. Ph. D. together with his staffs went to San Antonio National High School at San Antonio Santicon Malilipot, Albay for the 2022 Orientation and Distribution of mock cheques amounting of Two Thousand Pesos (P 2,000.00) each.

The School Head Mr. Ramon B. Belgica is grateful that there are 59 grantees of the Provincial Government of Albay Educational Assistance in their School.

Qualified students claimed their monthly allowance for the month of February-March 2022, each mock cheque is amounting of Sixteen Thousand Pesos (P 16,000.00). This Scholarship for Medical Courses program covered by the Provincial Government of Albay (PGA) exclusive for the Albay Islands of Rapu-Rapu, Cagraray, and San Miguel.

Governor Al Francis C. Bichara ensure the students from the said Islands to pursue their success in education by providing help and to obtain high quality education as well.

In the name of service and compassion. Provincial Education Department Chief Dr. Roman Chamberlane G. Zuñiga VI, MLGM, Ph. D., went to the homes of Mr. John Raymund Abarentos disabled students in Sto. Domingo National High School, Sto. Domingo, albay. They were unable to attend the distribution of mock cheques to students that qualified for the financial education program of the Provincial Government of Albay.

Instead of forcing them to go to the orientation and distribution venues, the PED head and staff went to their homes and personally delivered the said cheques to make certain that they will receive the financial assistance.

In a message made by Gov. Al Francis C. Bichara , he reiterated the need for efficient delivery of service, stating that "If the people can't go to the mountain, then the mountain will go to the people."

Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara has directed the PED office to ensure that Albayano students are provided help in obtaining high quality education.

Scholars from the PGA's Medical Scholarship Program joined anew the medical, dental, and social mission in the Municipality of Rapu-Rapu.

Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara led the team to ensure that all the residents were given the opportunity to avail of the free services.
