More than 1,000 dead in Turkey.

A few weeks ago, I got multicity tickets from Manila to Dubai to Turkey to Manila.

I’ve been planning this trip for years. Nasa top ng bucketlist ko ang Turkey.

But because of schedule issues, we couldn’t get our visa. Kahit e-Visa hindi kaya because of the requirements.

Iyak ako nang iyak that day we decided to cancel my dream trip.

This morning, I learned that a massive earthquake hit Turkey, killing more than 1,000 people.

Andun kami dapat ngayon.

Redirection? Protection? Whatever you call it, it made me think long and hard…

Ilang beses na kaya natin naexperience sa buhay ang protection disguised as failure or rejection?

My heart and prayers go to the victims and their families. Mag ingat po tayong lahat.
