Friday night is always tapas night at home. A staple is always the La Despensa Empanada . Light , crisp, buttery with a filling of either our famous homemade Chorizo or chunky Tuna with roasted peppers ! If you let us know soon enough we can prepare exactly when you want to pick it up so it reaches you piping hot , crisp and of course super yummy ! 😋

A crowd favourite . No secret recipe here , just a DAMN GOOD EVOO. If you want to be counted in for this Sunday’s batch - send us a message !! 😋

The paella is the perfect dish to be eaten outdoors.. a potluck, an outing , or simply leaving this huge tub left in your fridge for anyone to reach in to their heart’s desire … but ofcourse it’s always guaranteed to be wiped out in 1 sitting . We can even lend you the pan it was cooked in to savour all the “socarrat” better known as “Turing” in Filipino . YUM !

Such a great and healthy way to keep yourself cool in this humid weather. Only with extra virgin olive oil from my husband’s family cooperative in Extremadura. I kid you not, there’s nothing like it . Sold in 1 L bottles. ❤️
